All sales are final.

Willow Lake Park does not offer refunds for any purchases, including daily swim passes, pavilion rentals, event bookings, or other reservations.

We may attempt to accommodate a reschedule when possible, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability within the same operating season.

Weather conditions, early departures, or personal schedule changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.
